There an emotional A.I. affectiva. Basically, it can get your emotional state in electrical signals form. If it can do that, it could then upload them to a robot and that robot can exhibit the same emotional spirit if you will!

Yeah, I see no reason why the emotion centers of the brain couldn't be replicated in machine format and serve the same function.
